CTCS investigators are absolute professionals providing independent and objective reports on all cases that they handle. If required to support their investigation in a court of law, this professionalism is carried through to any evidence given.

We use industry standard computer forensics software (Encase) to secure any data, and all work in carried out in accordance with Association of Chief Police Officer guidelines.

Forensic Computing Prices

Rates:

Report/preparation/inspection/conference time £75 per hour

Travel by motor car £45 per hour

Travel by public transport £ 40 per hour

Court attendance (exclusive of travel time) £85 per hour

Expenses (travel fares, hotels, etc.) - at cost

Examples of typical inclusive ranges (depending on volume of documentation, distance and complexity of inspections etc) are as follows:

Preliminary case report £300 - £500

Report on case material £400 - £1200

Report with office interview £800 - £1500

Report with site visit £450 - £2000

A single joint expert report will be charged 50:50 between Claimant and Defendant solicitors (unless advised otherwise).

Additional charges for routine correspondence and telephone are not normally made, but items such as films, Hardware and photocopies are chargeable.

Answering written questions, discussions between experts, letters of comment, & revisions to reports in the light of further evidence etc are charged at the hourly rate of £75.00
